A circuit of exercises that you can access all day, and hook up anytime between 9:00 and 21:00. No waiting or worries to be on time ... when you arrive, you simply incorporate. 

It combines different exercises (Cardio, soil and machinery) and intensity, allowing you to burn calories and tone all muscle groups without ever getting bored. Each day a different activity. Try them all and choose your favorite!
